The Park in Vuon Lai ward spans 4.3 hectares in the urban core and is one of nine key projects in the city’s green space development plan.

Its 1,800-square-meter circular central space, which was inspired by the image of a water droplet hitting the ground, symbolizes rebirth after the pandemic.

A 6-meter-tall Tear Drop Monument, crafted from mirrored stainless steel with a heart-shaped cutout visible in natural light, represents gratitude and love. Surrounding the monument are 9 steps, 360 water candles, and 1,000 points illuminated at night.

The park's spaces serve diverse functions. Green areas create a balance between architecture and nature. To celebrate the inauguration, the park is hosting a spring flower festival showcasing thousands of trees, potted flowers, and 12 miniature landscapes that reflect the Lunar New Year traditions of the northern, central, and southern regions of Vietnam.
