People returning from localities where community infections have been recorded are required to complete health declarations. They will be held accountable for declaring their travel history, based on which an assessment of risk is made. First- and second-generation contacts with confirmed COVID-19 cases are subject to mandatory quarantine. Returnees from lockdown areas are asked to self-monitor their health condition, limit contacts with other people, and avoid large gatherings for 14 days.
