The Party leader congratulated the ambassador on his excellent performance in his duties, which has made an important contribution to upgrading the Vietnam-Singapore relationship to a comprehensive strategic partnership.
Vietnam always considers Singapore a key economic partner and wishes to continue promoting an effective comprehensive partnership for the benefit of the people of the two countries, General Secretary Lam said.
He suggested that the two countries continue to consolidate political trust, increase strategic-level exchanges, and move towards an exemplary relationship in the region. The Party leader called on both sides to strengthen cooperation in areas such as digital transformation, renewable energy, carbon credits, and logistics.
