Umerov also said any deployment of Russian naval vessels beyond the eastern part of the Black Sea would be considered a violation of the spirit of the agreements, and Kyiv reserves the right to defend itself against such actions.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine and the US have agreed to have a "third party," such as Turkey, oversee certain aspects of a future ceasefire agreement.
