During talks in France on Wednesday, Vietnamese Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien and US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer reviewed the latest round of technical-level discussions and outlined ways to reach a high-quality, mutually beneficial outcome in the next round.
