The UN team assessed various aspects of the unit’s operations, focusing on the technical condition and operational capability of key equipment, self-sustaining supplies, logistics, environmental sanitation, and disease prevention.
“At the end of the inspection, we found the company to be in a very high standard. All the equipment, especially engineering equipment, was found to be in a very high standard and operational,” Head of the inspection team Raju Khadka said.
This was a quarterly inspection conducted by the mission for all troop-contributing countries.
