Vietnamese peacekeepers run a training session on first aid and advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in South Sudan, December 2, 2025.

Combining theory with hands-on practice, Vietnamese instructors delivered the training in line with professional standards, ensuring clarity and applicability. The sessions helped participants master essential emergency response skills, particularly CPR techniques vital in peacekeeping missions, where unexpected situations frequently arise.

“It was excellent training. It was well-received. I think everyone understood the instructions that was given and it was very down to earth and easy to understand,” said George, a Canadian officer.

Positive feedback from international peacekeepers highlights the professionalism and effectiveness of the program delivered by their Vietnamese peers. It also reaffirms the credibility and capability of Vietnamese medical instructors in a multinational environment.
