The Bac Lieu provincial People's Court opened the first hearing on September 24, 2024, on the divorce case filed by Mrs. Phan Thi Tuyet Kha, who was born on May 1, 1993 and lives at Van Duc B Hamlet, An Trach Commune, Dong Hai District, Bac Lieu Province, Vietnam.

In the first marriage and family judgment No. 44/2024/HNGD-ST, dated September 24, 2024, the Bac Lieu provincial People's Court ruled that:

1. Marital relationship: The marriage between Mrs. Phan Thi Tuyet Kha and Mr. Lee Kim Soon is not recognized.

2. Common children and shared assets and debts: Mrs. Phan Thi Tuyet Kha confirm that they have no common children and shared assets and debts and there is no request for settlement.

3. Procedural fees: The cost of 2,750,000 VND for posting the notice on VOVWorld (VOV5) of Voice of Vietnam must be paid by Mrs. Phan Thi Tuyet Kha, and she has paid in full.

Mrs. Phan Thi Tuyet Kha must pay judicial entrustment costs of 3,000,000 VND. She has paid in advance 3,000,000 VND (three million VND), receipt No. 0000054 dated October 26, 2023 at the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Bac Lieu province.

4. Court fees and charges:

The civil court fees for marriage and family that Mrs. Phan Thi Tuyet Kha must pay is 300,000 VND. She has paid in advance the court fees of 300,000 VND (three hundred thousand VND), receipt No. 0000036 dated October 18, 2023 at the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Bac Lieu province.

The judicial entrustment fees that Mrs. Phan Thi Tuyet Kha must pay is 200,000 VND. She has paid in advance 200,000 VND (two hundred thousand VND), receipt No. 0000053 dated October 26, 2023 at the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Bac Lieu province.

Mrs. Phan Thi Tuyet Kha has the right to appeal within 15 days from the date she receives the judgment or the date the judgment is legally posted. Mr. Lee Kim Soon has the right to appeal within 01 month from the date the judgment is legally pronounced or the date the judgment is posted.

If Mr. Lee Kim Soon does not appeal after 1 month from the date of posting the notice, the judgment will take legal effect.
