Australian citizen Phan Hong Hanh was born in 1968, and resides at 66 Explorers wayworongary QLD 4213, Australia.
Pursuant to Articles 51, 56, 121, 122, 123, 124 and 127 of the 2014 Law on Family and Marriage and Articles 28, 35, 37, 147, 227, 228, and 479 of the Civil Procedure Code, and Resolution No. 326/2016/UBTVQH 14 dated December 30, 2016 of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Court decision was stated as follow:
1. Marital relationship: It is ordered and decreed by the Court that Ms. Phan Hong Hanh and Mr. Nguyen Tan Trung are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved.
2. Court fee: Mr. Nguyen Tan Trung has to pay 300,000 VND, which was already taken from a deposit court fee as described in Receipt 0000076 dated December 15, 2023 of the Binh Thuan Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement. Mr. Nguyen Tan Trung has already paid.
3. The judicial entrustment fees that Mr. Nguyen Tan Trung must pay is 200,000 VND. He has paid in advance 200,000 VND (two hundred thousand VND), receipt No. 0000117 dated January 18, 2024 at the Binh Thuan Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement.
Mr. Nguyen Tan Trung is responsible for covering any expenses incurred from the international service of process during the resolution of the case.
