In the Decree of Divorce No. 35/2025/HNGĐ-ST dated August 15, 2025, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:

Mrs. Do Thi Yen has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decision is announced. The duration for Mr. LIM KIAN HUAT, JEREM to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is one month after the decree is announced. The appeal must be submitted to the Higher Court in Ho Chi Minh City.
