Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Yen was born on July 5, 1972 and resides at 2693 Clairmont Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30329, the US.

On August 28, 2025, the People’s Court of Ca Mau province held a first-instance hearing of the divorce case filed by Mr. Le Thanh Tuan, who was born on January 28, 1979 and resides at 3B/10, National Highway 1, Quarter 21, Bac Lieu ward, Ca Mau province , Vietnam (former address: Quarter 1, Ward 7, Bac Lieu city, Bac Lieu province.)

On the first-instance judgment on marriage and family No. 63/2025/HNGĐ-ST, dated August 28, 2025, the People’s Court of Ca Mau province ruled that:

1. Divorce: the Court grants Mr. Le Thanh Tuan a divorce from Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Yen.

2. Children, property, and debts: Mr. Le Thanh Tuan declared that there were none and did not request the Court to resolve, therefore the Court does not consider or settle these matters.

3. Court fees, judicial entrustment fees, and publication fees:

3.1. Fee for the first-instance civil hearing on marriage and family matters: Mr. Le Thanh Tuan was required to pay 300,000 VND (three hundred thousand VND). He has already paid in advance this amount according to Receipt No. 0000555 dated October 23, 2024, at the Bac Lieu provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department.

3.2. Judicial entrustment fees:

The overseas judicial entrustment fee of 95 USD, which was paid by Mr. Le Thanh Tuan to the account of ABC Legal Services (USA), is non-refundable.

Mr. Le Thanh Tuan has to bear the judicial entrustment fee of 200,000 VND (two hundred thousand VND). Mr. Vo Van Co advanced this amount on his behalf according to Receipt No. 0000586 dated November 8, 2024, at the Bac Lieu provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department. The paid fee is non-refundable.

3.3. Publication fee: The English-language publication fee of 2,750,000 VND (two million seven hundred fifty thousand VND) on VOVWORLD, the Voice of Vietnam was fully paid by Mr. Le Thanh Tuan.

4. Right of appeal: Mr. Le Thanh Tuan has the right to appeal within 15 days from the date of receiving the judgment or from the date of publication.

Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Yen has the right to appeal within one month from the date of receiving the judgment or from the date of publication.

If, after one month from the publication of the notice, Mrs. Tran Thi Kim Yen does not lodge an appeal, the judgment shall take legal effect.
