The Court accepts the petition of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thanh.

  1. Marriage: Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thanh and Ms. Duong Thi Hang are divorced.

  2. Children: No consideration required.

  3. Division of assets: No consideration required.

  4. Shared debts: No consideration required.

  5. Court fees and other legal expenses: The plaintiff shall bear such costs in accordance with legal provisions.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thanh has the right to file an appeal within 15 days from the date of pronouncement. Ms. Duong Thi Hang, has the right to file an appeal within 1 month from the date of pronouncement.
