Notice from Dong Thap province People’s Court to Tan Hin Fuh

Mr. Tan Hin Fuh, born on October 17, 1969, resides at No. 11-B, Rumah Kilat, Jalan Masjid, 86900 Endau, Johor, Malaysia.

Mrs. Tran Thi Thao, born on January 1, 1987, resides at Cluster 3, An Thanh ward, Hong Ngu city, Dong Thap province.

The People’s Court of Dong Thap province will hold the first hearing at 08:00 a.m. (Vietnam time) on September 29, 2025.

Mr. Tan Hin Fuh is requested to appear at the designated time and place for the hearing. If he does not, the Court will proceed in his absence in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
