“I’m happy that Hanoi FC won the National Cup 2019. Our club has been well prepared since the beginning of the season. Besides, determination and solidarity have helped the whole team reach our goal,” Quang Hai told the media upon arrival at Hanoi after the National Cup final against Quang Nam on Thursday.

“SEA Games 30 is of primary importance for me. I will try my best with my U22 teammates to make Vietnam’s gold medal dream come true,” Hai added.

Vietnam, in the group of death in next month’s SEA Games, will play Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Laos and Brunei.

On the possibility of playing abroad, Hai said, “I always do my best in each tournament, but I’m also thinking of playing overseas.
