Vietnamese businesses assisted to achieve sustainable development goals

(VOVworld) – A seminar on the implementation of sustainable development goals and the benefits of the UN 2030 Agenda for businesses opened in Hanoi on Thursday.

Representing the Global Compact Network Vietnam, Vice President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) Nguyen Quang Vinh said the UN 2030 Agenda advocates businesses to play a greater role in building a global economy of fairness, sustainability, and integration. He said the VCCI and the Business Council for Vietnam’s Sustainable Development will be in the vanguard of implementing sustainable development goals.
