(VOVworld) – East Sea issues need peaceful solutions based on international laws, Christopher Matlhako, Secretary of External Relations of the South African Communist Party (SACP) said after attending the 18th International Meeting of Communist and Workers' Parties in Hanoi in October.

He said countries should discuss solutions in a spirit of friendship on the basis of international laws, including the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).
