(VOV) – Volunteer youths have been active in the national program of new rural development. Young people nationwide have gotten involved in agricultural production programs such as restructuring farms and upgrading rural transportation. The participation of youths is in response to the Ho Chi Minh Youth Union’s appeal ‘Each young person does a good work, each Youth Union at the grass-roots level contributes a practical activity to new rural development’. (VOVworld) –Ninh Thuan province has focused investment in building rural access roads, pumping stations, and stone canal embankments to serve agricultural production. The province has also mobilized various economic sectors to invest in the construction of markets, schools, and communal houses.
