(VOVworld) As part of the series about measures to implement the National Targets Program on New Rural Development, this week, we’ll introduce to you the country’s master plan for new rural development. To date, 60% of the total communes nationwide have completed their master-plans. Vinh Phuc, and Thai Binh in the north and An Giang in the south have finalized detailed plans for production zones and commune centers. VOV now delves into the issue.

(VOVworld) – The Vietnamese Government has decided on 7 new ways of major solutions of implementing 11 sets of measures laid out in the National Targets Program on New Rural Development. The measures aim to ensure that 20% of all communes nationwide will conform to the new standards on rural affairs and 50% of all villages by 2020. In this week’s New Rural Landscape, VOV will discuss several solutions included in the package.
