(VOVworld) - During the country’s development, Vietnam has emphasized agricultural and other rural development, as 70% of its population lives in rural areas. A Party resolution in 2008 considered creating a new rural landscape fundamental to making Vietnam a modern industrialized nation by 2020. VOV will be bringing you a new weekly feature describing the process of building this new rural landscape. This week, we’ll present the current plan and its key tasks.
