(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has conferred the title “Labor Hero” to Ngo Sy Lien School and Saint Paul Hospital in Hanoi during the city’s patriotic congress on Friday. President of the Fatherland Front, Nguyen Thien Nhan urged Hanoi to become a pioneer in the patriotic movement: “Hanoi must be in top five cities and provinces in terms of administrative reform, competitiveness and information technology application. The capital city should develop its key products while strengthening food safety regulations and promoting youth innovation. People’s satisfaction must be an indicator in the city’s leadership.”
