(VOVWORLD) - We’re a little over a month away from the end of the year and compared to the past three quarters, the festivities have toned down quite a bit. Live show organizers are of course, still trying to stoke the heat and the year-end chart races are exciting as ever. But at the same time, major changes are coming to the music industry. It looks like we will get anything but a peaceful end to our year.
