Mr. Xi told the participants, “I hope that young people of the two countries will continue to promote their aspirations and enthusiasm, serving as a pioneering force in building a shared future community for each country, actively contributing to global initiatives for development, security, civilization, and governance, thereby contributing to the advancement of humanity. The future friendship of our two countries rests on you.”
Mr. Lam said that the young generations of both countries can be proud of and cherish the Vietnam-China relationship, which was nurtured by President Ho Chi Minh and Chairman Mao Zedong, and generations of revolutionaries of both countries.
"I call on agencies and organizations of both countries to closely follow high-level common perceptions, innovate communication and education for younger generations about the traditional friendship between the two Parties and countries, enhance the quality of youth exchange and cooperation, diversify exchanges among adolescents. These strategic steps will nurture friendship among future generations, and continue effectively implementing the ‘Red Study Tour' program so that young people of both countries better understand the glorious revolutionary history, the pure spirit of international communism, and the mutual support between the two Parties and countries, said Mr. Lam.
