Most Venerable Thich Hue Thong, vice president of the Executive Council of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, said that in the sacred atmosphere of Vesak and the joyful celebration of the 50th anniversary of National Reunification, the charity reflects the Buddhist spirit of compassion and the Vietnamese tradition of solidarity and kindness.
To spread the message of love and compassion, the Vesak 2025 Organising Committee presented 230 gift packages worth VND1.5 million each to children with disabilities in difficult circumstances at the Centre.
