According to Skytrax, the score for queue processing time at the Customs area rose significantly from 1.5 in 2025 to 4.5. Similarly, the operational efficiency rating increased from 1.5 to 4.0, driven by the proactive addition of processing lanes during peak periods and strong coordination between the terminal operator and relevant authorities.
In addition, the terminal continues to maintain high scores in core criteria by enhancing the digital experience in check-in procedures and information lookup services.
