The municipal inter-sectoral forces at the checkpoints will detect and prevent all citizens and vehicles from entering Da Nang, except special cases for assignment purposes and vehicles to transport patients to Hue, essential goods, and materials for production.
Communications to foreign and local people have been clear so that they will strictly comply with the instructions by the staff at these checkpoints.
Serious punishments will be imposed on those who don’t abide by the set regulations.
