Mr. Man addressed a conference on Wednesday in Hai Phong City to announce the National Assembly's Resolution on urban government organization in Hai Phong City and the National Assembly Standing Committee’s Resolution on the arrangement of district- and commune-level administrative units in Hai Phong for the period 2023-2025.
“It’s necessary to organize the synchronous and effective implementation and fine-tune the urban government organization model in line with the Resolution and quickly complete the government system at all levels after the arrangement, ensuring unity and connectivity in state management."
"Hai Phong City needs to do a good job of information dissemination so that people clearly understand the purpose and meaning of the Resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee and at the same time simplify administrative procedures.”
The National Assembly Chairman urged Hai Phong to focus resources on upgrading technical and social infrastructure, attracting investors and improving the quality of life of the people to become a smart and modern city.
