The festival features water music on the river and a drone light show.

Huynh Trung Tru, Chairman of the Ninh Kieu district People's Committee, said, "The festival features a sailing race, kite flying, water music on the river, and a drone light show, offering visitors an unforgettable experience and showcasing the sparkling night beauty of Ninh Kieu district in Can Thơ city."

The five-day festival will continue through Wednesday.
