Dinh Quang Trung, Deputy Director of the National Electronic Authentication Center, said after 18 years of developing the digital signature ecosystem, all enterprises in Vietnam now use digital signatures for electronic tax filing and payment, eliminating paper records and saving millions of work hours each year. Over 4 billion electronic invoices have been issued and millions of electronic contracts have been stored on digital platforms.

Digital signatures have been deployed on the National Public Service Portal, helping citizens and businesses complete administrative procedures remotely in a quick and secure manner.

To achieve the goal of 100% of adults having digital signatures by 2030, state agencies, businesses, and citizens will continue to work closely together. The government will further improve institutions and standards; trusted service providers will drive implementation and innovation; and citizens and enterprises, as end-users, will remain the key beneficiaries and indicators of success in the digital transformation process.
