Party chief named Head of Central Steering Committee for Institutional and Legal Reform

The Steering Committee will belong to the Politburo and be led by General Secretary To Lam. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man will serve as Deputy Head.

The functions, tasks, authority, working mechanisms, and interagency coordination of the Steering Committee will be undertaken in accordance with the Politburo’s regulations.
