The document urges the Directorate for Roads of Vietnam, Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, Vietnam Maritime Administration, Vietnam Railways Corporation, and Vietnam Inland Waterways Administration to inform businesses of reoperating 100% capacity of passenger transportation to or from Da Nang city to return to normalcy.

Transport businesses must strictly implement safety measures to prevent COVID-19 from spreading to the community, according to the Ministry of Transport.

Da Nang was Vietnam's new epicenter of COVID-19, which resurfaced on July 25. The situation is now under control as no new cases of community infection have been reported in the past five days.
