At Sunday’s meeting in Hanoi, Prime Minister Chinh underlined building databases, applying artificial intelligence, and digital transformation in law-making. He called for the prompt issuance of documents to streamline the apparatus without interruption.
The Prime Minister said law-making must create opportunities for people and businesses to take action and innovate. He emphasized the need to abandon the mindset of "if you can't manage it, ban it" and "you don't know it, but you still manage it.”
