At a meeting with provincial leaders in Thai Binh on Monday, the Prime Minister urged the province to effectively capitalize on land, renew traditional growth drivers – investment, export, and consumption – boost new growth drivers, and diversify markets, products and supply chains.

Prime Minister Chinh also requested the crafting of Thai Binh sea encroachment project and the coastal open economic zone; building a smart hospital and medical university; and building a 10-lane road connecting Hung Yen center with Thai Binh center to connect the provinces, the region and the whole country.
