Speaking at a conference in Hanoi on Saturday, the Prime Minister noted that only 50.7% of the 2025 disbursement plan has been met and demanded urgent solutions.
“Everyone must work with a sense of responsibility and conscience. Every house built, every project completed brings joy to the people and contributes to national development. Therefore, let’s talk less and do more — with tangible results.”
