Chairman Tran Thanh Man said: “Agencies must make the most of every day and every hour in this final stage but absolutely not in a perfunctory manner. All documents must be complete, rigorous, and thoroughly reviewed. While speed is essential, procedures must be respected, and quality must be placed above all. Only laws and resolutions of assured quality should be submitted, and only those eligible under streamlined procedures should be considered within a single session. The 10th session must be organized successfully.”

During its 49th meeting, the NA Standing Committee reviewed 34 items, focusing on 13 draft laws to be submitted to the National Assembly for approval at the upcoming 10th session.
