He highlighted that for Russia to establish itself as a global leader in key scientific and technological fields, it must strengthen its position in the chemical industry and the development of advanced materials.
President Putin underscored the need to rebuild technological production chains, establish new factories for deep-processing industries, and adopt a strategic approach that supports businesses and scientific investments.
He stressed the importance of creating a comprehensive education system for chemistry at all levels, from primary school to university, to cultivate future experts in the field. Additionally, he set an ambitious goal of reducing the development and deployment time of new materials from 50 years to just 2-3 years.
