Mr. Volodin will co-chair the 4th meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee between the National Assembly of Vietnam and the State Duma. This is the highest and first inter-parliamentary cooperation mechanism between the Vietnamese National Assembly and a foreign legislative body.
The Russian delegation was welcomed at Noi Bai International Airport by Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Vu Hong Thanh, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Dang Hoang Giang, and Russian Ambassador to Vietnam Gennady Bezdetko, among others.
