 Vietnam records growth in agricultural, aquatic exports in Q1 |
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, 7 out of 9 product categories within the group recorded positive growth.
Several commodities achieved impressive export revenue despite a drop in export volume, thanks to a sharp rise in global prices.
For example, coffee exports have declined 15.8% in volume, yet revenue surged 45.8%, pepper exports dropped 16.4% in volume but increased 38% in turnover and rubber exports fell 7.5% in quantity but posted a 21.5% rise in export value.
