Nakano Toshiko, a member of the Osaka Prefectural Assembly, said, “When visiting the Vietnam Pavilion, my first impression was the deep affection Vietnam holds for Japan. I also learned about Hue, Vietnam’s ancient capital, and was struck by its similarities to Japan’s former capitals, Nara and Kyoto.
