The establishment of 100 innovation centers nationwide is a key topic at the National Innovation Policy Forum, Hanoi, October 1, 2025.

The forum was co-organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology’s Department of Innovation and the National Innovation Center. These centers will serve as hubs for sharing research results and fostering stronger, more sustainable links across the national innovation ecosystem.

To support this goal, the State will provide flexible management mechanisms, including financial support, subsidized bank loans, and assistance to enterprises in bringing new products to market. A culture of innovation will also be promoted through events and a nationwide support system.

“The spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship must be nurtured and fostered in every citizen—each should be an innovator. With that spirit, we can create more strong enterprises, more technology unicorns, and more leading tech firms,” said Nguyen Mai Duong, Director of the Department of Innovation.
