Kim noted that social work has now become a profession legally recognized by both the state and society. It directly helps resolve social issues and reduces social inequality and contradictions, aiding a civilized and advanced society. Kim says: “More scientific studies should be made to outline a model to organize social work, improve the legal system, policies, and create a legal corridor for the profession to develop. Provinces and cities should design plans to implement the model, arrange personnel, and integrate social work in local socio-economic development plans. It’s also necessary to boost the exchange of experience in training and research with international organizations.”
