It also promotes the application of blockchain technology in key economic sectors, gathers feedback to improve the regulatory sandbox for digital assets, and provides a platform for professional exchanges on trends and cooperation in the semiconductor industry.

The forum further encourages stronger links among R&D, pilot production, and commercialization, especially in advanced packaging technologies and photonic chips. It also highlights the potential, advantages, and investment opportunities of Da Nang and Vietnam to businesses, investors, and international organizations.

Nguyen Van Quang, Secretary of the Da Nang Party Committee, said: “During the week-long event, we aim to generate new momentum, breakthroughs, and effective cooperation programs, thereby raising Vietnam’s position on the global financial and technology map. After this week, Da Nang will be a meeting place and a starting point for long-term, sustainable cooperation in finance and technology.”
Within the framework of the week, a wide range of activities are being held, including exhibitions on finance, blockchain, semiconductors, and tourism.
