Addressing efforts to resolve bottlenecks in stalled projects, the Prime Minister tasked the Government Office and the Ministry of Finance with leading coordination of ministries, sectors, and localities, under the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Van Thang, to finalize a draft government report for submission to competent authorities.
The report will assess progress in removing obstacles facing long-delayed projects and seek opinions on expanding the scope of solutions to address prolonged project bottlenecks, with the aim of mobilizing resources for development and avoiding waste of state, business, and public assets.
Regarding the completion of the Government’s working regulations and the restructuring of the standing body of the Government Steering Committee on science and technology development, innovation, digital transformation, and Project 06, the Prime Minister asked relevant ministries and agencies to finalize the documents for submission to Government leaders within the coming week.
PM Hung emphasized that the working regulations must align with Party guidelines and State laws, while promoting renewed thinking and improved governance practices to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the state apparatus, in line with the direction of Party General Secretary and State President To Lam.
