A key attraction of the exhibition is the application of 3D mapping and augmented reality (AR) technology. Visitors can experience the digitized version of the exhibition “80-Year Journey of Independence–Freedom–Happiness” and a digital multilayered map of 34 provinces and cities.

Tran Tuan, Deputy Director of the Center for Press and International Communication Cooperation at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said: “150 photos and 30 video clips were selected from more than 20,000 entries submitted to the “Happy Vietnam” contest over the past three years. These photos are categorized into three themes: happy land, happy people, and happy moments."

"We will offer 1,000 folk painting gifts for visitors and 29,220 “Happy Vietnam” souvenirs – representing the number of days of 80 years, with each happy day symbolized by one gift,” Tuan added.

The exhibition “Happy Vietnam” will run until September 5 at the National Exposition Center in Dong Anh, Hanoi.
