In his remarks, the Party chief highlighted the vital role played by the court sector in ensuring justice, fairness, integrity, and impartiality, saying that it serves as a trusted pillar for the people and carries great responsibility for the nation.

On behalf of the Party and State leadership, Party General Secretary To Lam presented the title Labor Hero to the Supreme People’s Court. He emphasized that as Vietnam enters a new stage of development with strong aspirations for progress and the goal of building a prosperous, powerful, and happy nation, the role and responsibilities of the judiciary are greater than ever.
The Party chief called on the court system to modernize its operations and expand international cooperation, working toward the establishment of electronic and digital courts.

He said: “It’s important to improve the quality and effectiveness of trials at all levels. This is the core mission of the judiciary and a central task of judicial reform. In adjudication, the we need to uphold the goals of safeguarding justice and fairness, protecting human rights and citizens’ rights, upholding the interests of the State, and defending the lawful rights and interests of organizations and individuals."
On this occasion, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan presented the First-Class Labor Order to the People’s Courts of Hanoi and HCMC.
