The declaration affirms respect for peoples’ right to freely choose their own political, economic, and social development paths. It upholds principles of respecting sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity, equality, mutual benefit, non-interference, and peaceful resolution of disputes in forming the foundation for sustainable international relations.

The declaration calls for support of the multilateral trading system, affirming SCO countries will not implement restrictive or confrontational approaches to global development challenges. According to decision made at the Summit, Kyrgyzstan will assume the rotating SCO chairmanship for 2025–2026.

The two-day summit adopted 24 documents aimed at strengthening cooperation in security, economy, cultural exchanges, and organizational development.
