Participants at the event co-organized by the Ministry of National Defense and the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee in Buon Ma Thuot City on Wednesday, listened to presentations analyzing Dak Lak province’s achievements over the past five decades and recommendations to uphold the legacy of the Central Highlands Victory to develop Buon Ma Thuot City into a regional hub.
“We deeply value Dak Lak and the other Central Highlands provinces and hope that, with their geostrategic significance, they will continue to uphold resilience and heroism in building a prosperous, modern region rich in cultural identity," said Deputy Minister of National Defense, Senior Lieutenant General Dr. Le Huy Vinh.
"Let this region stand as a testament to the trust and admiration of the entire nation, honoring the sacrifices of past generations and carrying their legacy forward into the future,” Vinh said.
