The event was attended by Party General Secretary To Lam and other senior officials.
In his remarks, Party leader Lam highlighted that VTV has grown into a key multi-platform media agency, entrusted with disseminating the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies and laws.
VTV, he said, has played an important role in educating the public, enriching cultural life, raising knowledge, and serving as the voice of the people in national construction and defense.
The General Secretary, on behalf of the Party and State, awarded VTV the First-Class Labor Order.
