[VOVWORLD] - US President Donald Trump's administration is considering penalizing some members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) that Washington perceives as unhelpful to the US and Israel during their conflict with Iran. It has considered withdrawing troops from at least one base in Spain or Germany.
