India, Australia sign landmark defense agreements
(VOVWORLD) -Australia and India have just established two landmark defense deals under the framework of their Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement.
The two agreements cover mutual logistics support and defense technology.
The documents provide a solid framework for cooperation in research and development of defense capabilities, and pave the way for more military exercises like the successful 2019 AUSINDEX exercise, which focused on anti-submarine operations.
