Asian Police Taekwondo Championship 2024 opens

(VOVWORLD) - The Asian Police Taekwondo 2024 began in Quang Ninh province on Friday. In his address, Minister of Public Security, General Luong Tam Quang, said this event first held by the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security aims to strengthen solidarity and contribute to regional and global peace and stability.

“I believe that Games will be successful. It reflects the solidarity and close cooperation between law enforcement agencies of countries to protect the peaceful life of all people. This event shows Vietnam’s readiness to be a friend, a reliable partner, and a responsible member of the international community,” said Mr. Quang.

The Asian Police Taekwondo 2024 will last until Monday.
